2) Logo Registration

Although each logo design is original, UniqueLogoDesign.com makes no guarantee regarding the availability of trade names or trademarks. By ordering a logo design from UniqueLogoDesign.com, the customer indemnifies UniqueLogoDesign.com, its owners and affiliated companies from legal responsibility regarding all copyright, trade name and trademark issues. The customer agrees to take sole legal responsibility should the logo design be infringed upon existing intellectual property, copyrighted material, trade names or trademarks of any kind.

3) Final Logo Designs Availability

UniqueLogoDesign.com retains the right to display all draft and final logo designs on its web site(s) or any promotional material for promotional purposes only.

4) Privacy

Your e-mail address and other personal information are safe with us. We do not exchange your personal information with any organization or third party, in any form. The design once finalized by a customer, would not be used again, in any form.

No one can view your credit card information, not even our staff members.

5) Refunds

We offer a 100% refund, if your Credit Card is charged for any extra amount by error.

We provide 100% refund, if you cancel your order within 24-hour of the order placement.

We offer 50% refund, if you cancel your order after 24-hours and before receiving your first design samples.

We offer no refund, once you have received your first design options; however we do provide satisfaction guarantee through revision facility, in case you are not satisfied with the design due to some discrepancy in your order requirements.

In no event UniqueLogoDesign.com will be liable for suitability, merchantability, or usability of products and services developed and delivered.
